Most studios can import their records and finish the guided setup in an afternoon. Once the data is reviewed, an owner can ask the assistant to prepare announcements, class invites, or invoice reminders.

No. Setup is guided, and there is no onboarding call to book — every studio gets the same guided import and the same product.

No. The assistant only prepares drafts — you read each one, edit it or discard it, and you decide what goes out.

When an owner asks, Kyndra can review open classes, overdue invoices, retention, attendance, and audience segments, then prepare announcements, class invites, or invoice reminders as drafts.

Kyndra grounds drafts in current class times, policies, invoices, and member records. The owner still reviews and edits each draft before approving it.

One price, and every studio gets the whole product — there are no tiers, no locked features, and no sales call to learn the price. The price is on Pricing. Monthly billing starts with 3 days free, then $1 for the first month. Annual billing starts with 3 days free, then charges the full yearly price shown on Pricing, which is two months free against monthly.

You connect Stripe and Kyndra handles invoices, memberships, class programs, drop-ins, and deposits. Saved cards can cover any of them, and past-due balances get a polite nudge. Card payouts settle into your own Stripe account; Kyndra takes a small platform fee.

Yes. Review your options and confirm in Settings. Sharing a reason is optional, and your data stays exportable.

Card details never touch our servers — Stripe handles them. Your studio data is isolated per studio with row-level security, sensitive actions are audit-logged, and you can export everything at any time.

Yes. Import members from Mindbody, Vagaro, GlossGenius, Jackrabbit, or generic CSV. Mindbody also imports classes and attendance. Billing, memberships, and balances are rebuilt fresh in Kyndra. Kyndra maps the columns, flags duplicates, and shows a review step before anything is written.

Export everything at any time until your records are deleted. Cancelling stops billing at the end of the period you paid for. Your account closes when your plan ends and you do not restart it, or when you close it from Settings → Data & danger zone. When your account closes, we delete its records within 30 days, apart from billing records we have to keep for seven years.
