What does that actually cost you?
The platform fee is a percentage, so the real dollar cost depends on your transaction size and volume. Drag the sliders to see your number.

What you’ll actually pay
Kyndra: 2% + $0.50 platform fee, plus Stripe’s own 2.9% + $0.30 card-processing rate. Both apply to every card charge.
Estimated monthly cost
$29 subscription + $178.80 in card fees on 40 txns
Published card-processing rates, for reference
Mindbody and Vagaro rates are their publicly posted card-processing rates, not including their own subscription price. Kyndra’s number above already includes both Kyndra’s platform fee and Stripe’s processing fee.

Can I cancel during the trial?
You do not add a card on signup. Leave before you add one and you pay nothing. If a card is on file, cancel before day 4 and you are charged nothing. Studio data stays for 30 days.
Switching from another system?
Import members from Mindbody, Vagaro, GlossGenius, Jackrabbit, or generic CSV. Mindbody also imports classes and visits. Billing, memberships, and balances are rebuilt fresh in Kyndra.
Is my data safe?
Member records live in an encrypted Postgres database with row-level security, so studios never see each other’s data. Payments route through Stripe (PCI Level 1, the same standard banks use), and Kyndra never sees raw card numbers. Live status at kyndra.dev/status.
Can I export my data and leave?
Yes. Export clients, invoices, attendance, and activity any time — no lock-in.
What does my studio currency affect?
Your studio currency controls operational displays and reports; it does not reprice or reissue an existing Kyndra subscription.
