Switching from Momence to Kyndra

Export your member list as a CSV, import it, add your classes, and publish your member portal.

What you keep

Your member list comes across as a spreadsheet. Kyndra has no Momence format, so it reads the file like any spreadsheet. Classes and pricing are set up fresh in Kyndra.

Steps

  1. Export your member list from Momence as a CSV.
  2. In Kyndra, open Members (Students or Clients at some studios) and choose Import. Drop the file. If Kyndra cannot place a name column and at least 2 other columns, you pick the fields on Map Fields.
  3. Add your classes on Schedule, then invite staff from Settings → Team.
  4. Connect payments under Settings → Payments (Stripe Express).
  5. Share your portal link from the activation checklist on Home.

What changes

Kyndra’s agent drafts follow-ups for you to review before they send. Tell Kyndra to turn on lead follow-up, waitlist offers, or win-back. Nothing sends until you approve.
