Switching from Mindbody without the $500 export

Download Mindbody’s free reports, upload them one at a time, then rebuild billing in Kyndra.

You do not need the paid export

Mindbody’s free reports are enough for members, classes, and visits. Billing and memberships are rebuilt in Kyndra. Full walkthrough: Migrate from Mindbody.

Steps

  1. In Mindbody Business, export Active Clients, Class List (or Class Schedule), and Visit History as CSV.
  2. In Kyndra, open Members (Students or Clients at some studios) and choose Import, then upload one file at a time, members first. Kyndra recognises each report. Preview shows a sample of rows, not every row.
  3. Review imported members on Members (Students or Clients at some studios). Assign instructors on Schedule. Build plans in Billing.
  4. Connect Stripe, then share the portal when you are ready.

Fees

Kyndra publishes monthly plans and per-transaction platform fees on Pricing. Compare that stack to your Mindbody quote before you switch.
