Exporting your member list from another system
Where each studio system keeps its client export, and what to do with the file.
Bring the file to Kyndra
Export your client list using the steps for your system below. Then open Members (Students or Clients at some studios) and choose Import and drop the file. Kyndra reads each of these by name. If it cannot tell which system the file came from, it asks you to pick one. Only members come across from these systems; you set up classes and pricing fresh in Kyndra.
If your system gives you an Excel file, open it in Excel or Google Sheets and save it as CSV first.
