Using the AI agent to fill empty classes

The agent finds members who attended similar classes recently, drafts personal invites in your voice, and you decide what sends.

What the agent does for you

Your Tuesday 6pm Hip Hop has three spots left and starts in four hours. You don't have time to scroll your roster, find members who took Hip Hop last month, and send each one a personal "we'd love to see you tonight" note. The agent does.

Specifically, the agent:

  • Reads your schedule and notices a class with low enrollment.
  • Looks at the last 90 days of attendance and finds members who took the same discipline or a similar class.
  • Drafts a personal invite for each one — short, warm, in your studio's voice, referencing the specific class.
  • Shows you the list with each draft. You approve the whole batch, or skip the ones that feel off.
  • Sends.

The same shape works for chasing overdue invoices, win-back messages to members who haven't been in for 30+ days, and post-class feedback requests. Different jobs, same loop.

Turning the agent on

Open Ask Kyndra and say what you need. The first send turns it on. No API keys to paste, no extra setup.

The agent is approval-only. It drafts every message and always waits for your approval before anything reaches a member — nothing sends on its own. You read each draft, approve the ones you like, and skip the rest. That's the whole safety model: you see the work before it goes out, every time.

Where the conversations live

Open Ask Kyndra. History lives in that conversation. Type a request in plain English ("fill my Tuesday 6pm class") and Kyndra gets to work.

The agent has read access to your full studio: schedule, roster, attendance history, invoices, member tags. It can't see anything outside your studio.

What the agent will never do

  • Bypass your kill switches. If you've turned off marketing emails in Settings → Notifications, the agent does not send marketing.
  • Bypass a member's opt-out. Members who unsubscribe stay unsubscribed.
  • Issue refunds without your approval. Always.
  • Invent data. The agent only acts on what it can read in your studio.

What the agent remembers

When the agent learns something useful ("Marina prefers Sunday classes", "Last workshop promo at the 10-day mark got 30% sign-up"), it writes that down. The next time it drafts something for Marina or plans a workshop promo, it reads its own notes first. Effectively, your studio gets a memory that survives every conversation.

Those notes stay on the studio. You do not configure them in Settings.
